No response by phone at all. I canceled the subscription directly through the DuckDuckGo settings within the 7-day free trial, but got charged anyway by Google.
I have contacted my credit card company on Oct.
20, 2025, to prepare a dispute but must wait until Nov. 1, 2025, to give Google time to refund my $99.99.

- DuckDuckGo page appeared in Chinese and needed two steps to switch to English.

I pay for DuckDuckGo each month. I continue to get scam emails and texts.
I tried to call them; what a joke. I had to enter lots of my information and get a code before they would let me call. Once I was allowed to call, they said they were all busy; try again later. I couldn't even leave a message.
I'm going to cancel and go with a different company.
Very dissatisfied with them. Beware.
